    Hi! My name is Faith Doyle, and I am the counselor and owner of Breathe New Life Counseling, LLC. I truly understand and empathize with women who are ready to improve their self-esteem, navigate life transitions surrounding mental health issues.

    I pride myself on taking a personalized counseling approach to each client I work with. I tailor our video counseling sessions to provide you with the tools to take you from where you are, to where you wish to be.

    COUNSELING SESSIONS (1st session)

    During the 1st session we will begin to get to know each other. This is the time for you talk a bit about yourself & I will ask a few questions to get to know you better. We’ll also talk about your counseling goals.

    COUNSELING SESSIONS (2nd session)

    The 2nd session allows us to dig even deeper into you and your journey. We’ll also develop what’s called a “treatment plan.” This is a plan that we’ll create together to help you achieve your goals.

    COUNSELING SESSIONS (follow up appts)

    Follow up counseling sessions we'll talk about the source of your mental health concerns. We also discuss and develop techniques that you can practice in between sessions to help you reach your mental health goals faster.
